The problem: How can people find trustworthy tradespeople and book them in to help with their renovation projects and smaller jobs around the home.
Solution: Create the Home Solutions from John Lewis app and website. Customers of the UK’s most-trusted retailer expect exemplary service so we needed to present them with a seamless journey to connect them to fully-vetted builders, decorators, plumbers etc.
How I helped: I looked at the end-to-end user journeys and created clear, informative and inviting copy for each stage, such as sign-up, validation, messaging, notifications and overlays.
