The problem: The HSBCnet corporate web banking platform, that offers a range of online financial solutions for businesses, needed an overhaul to best meet the needs of its users.
Solution: The interface was improved so it didn’t overwhelm users with information. New tools and enhancements were designed to save them time, such as balance and statement information, customised and scheduled reporting for cash management, trade and supply chain, securities, and global markets.
How I helped: I improved the existing copy by making it clearer and tighter. I created the “Quick tour” copy to demonstrate the latest enhancements.
