Zalando Partner University

The problem: ZPU is the knowledge centre for brands (Partners) selling on Zalando. It was clear from user research that the hub needed to be redesigned and restructured due to challenges around finding guides and the navigation.
Solution: Redesign and restructure the content for the site, and review all of the existing guides to find the most comprehensive way of improving the Partner experience.
How I helped: I created a Miro board to help plan the content restructure, adding anything that would give me insights into the issues faced by Partners. I spoke with various teams to learn where the pain points were. I looked at the current categorisation and did an analysis of almost 300 guides within ZPU. I edited the most popular ones, including making the introductions and titles more clear. I also created a “Writing a Partner University guide” template to be used by internal teams submitting content to be uploaded onto ZPU.
