The problem: A cluttered, not fit-for-purpose existing website that needed redesigning and rewriting so ex-pats had access to important information such as local tax requirements.
Solution: Refresh the HSBC Expat site. Improve the navigation and rewrite the content to help de-clutter the pages.
How I helped: I designed and built more streamlined pages, thinking about a user’s journey and their needs. I created guides aimed at people newly-arrived in a country or thinking of moving abroad while considering the type of products and services that could help them settle in more easily.
