The problem: A clunky, messy website needed to be completely overhauled to improve the experience for customers.
Solution: Create a new website for John Lewis Finance by amalgamating the Insurance, Partnership Card, Travel Money and International Payments microsites. Redesign all the pages and rewrite copy throughout as part of the refresh for the responsive site, giving it a brand new look and feel.
How I helped: I built each page and worked with stakeholders, product owners, our UX/UI Designer, Developers and Testers along the way. I participated in usability sessions and worked with our Designer to make changes, where necessary, to improve journeys, focusing on the UX copy.
