The problem: A stale and clunky public-facing website needed to be redesigned and rewritten for Lloyds Bank's millions of customers.
Solution: Build 400+ pages to showcase products such as credit cards, current accounts and mortgages.
How I helped: I managed a team of Web Editors to create scores of pages in line with the new design. We added a mega dropdown to improve the navigation and simplified the Help and Contact Us sections.
